  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Cecil from Pye-Barker Fire & Safety for the exceptional job he did conducting our annual fire alarm inspections. We have 59 buildings with many different layouts and building types, and Cecil handled everything professionally from start to finish. He was extremely polite, arrived on time and ready to begin inspections, worked very well with the maintenance staff accompanying him, followed the provided schedule, and was incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. This year’s inspections were definitely smooth sailing compared to last year’s experience, and that is a direct reflection of Cecil’s organization, communication, and professionalism. Cecil should be cloned, we need many more Cecils available! Thank you so much for being exceptional and for making what could have been a stressful process run seamlessly. Your hard work and dedication truly stood out and were greatly appreciated.

  I can NOT say enough good things about Dalton B. Our community has worked with Dalton's fire sprinkler system company for years. However, it is clear to us that Dalton B., is focused, highly skilled, and consistently responsive to our needs. He has visited our condo HOA community several times over the past five months—for an initial service call, a repair, and routine system maintenance. Dalton came out to our property at 8:35 pm on Feb 1st, 2026 (on an emergency service call) when we had that hard Freeze and the outside temperature was in the 20's. We had several leaks to our 'By Pass Valves,' Dalton quickly identified the issue and provided an immediate resolve. Dalton B. is a consummate professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and diligent about completing each job thoroughly. He clearly explains why he is on the property and walks us through the actions he will be taking while on site. His communication skills are second to none, and his customer service is excellent. Dalton B. is an impressive individual and a true asset to his company.
