    We needed a planter from up high and they noticed our dillema and assisted right away. Thanknyou! The garden shop looked fantastic.

    Dishwasher installation took over a month with poor customer service Dishwasher purchase and install was dreadful from start to finish. I ordered the dishwasher from Lowe’s website on March 17 and added installation of $169. The installation company called and set an appointment up for Saturday, March 28 from 9am-12pm. No call, no show. We called the installation company but they are closed on weekends. We called the Lowe’s store and talked to the manager Armani, who told us the installation company rejected the order and the dishwasher had to be reordered. It would have been common courtesy for someone to call us and inform us of the situation. Frustrated, we were about to cancel the order and just purchase it elsewhere, but Armani said he would be able to offer us a refund for the $169 installation credit for wasting our Saturday afternoon and for the lack of communication. So the dishwasher was reordered and set to install on April 10. The installation company installed the dishwasher but was not able to complete the installation due to missing brackets. We called Lowe’s and drove to pick up the missing brackets and rescheduled for installation. The final installation was completed on April 23. A refund for the $169 was not given and not even noted in the computer. I went to the store and talked to another manager Jeremy, who added notes about the events and about trying to get the refund that was promised by Armani. I expressed my frustration with the poor service and breaking their promise for the refund when Lowe’s customer care team called to ask about their service. I called and visited the store on several occasions. Armani never bothered to call back. I didn’t realize it would take over a month to get a dishwasher installed when the website says you can possibly get it the next day. I learned my lesson and will never order another appliance from Lowe’s.

    I usually never write reviews, but due to the excellent service received today by 3 of your employees, the effort for writing this review will truly be worth it. First, I have to acknowledge the lady working today in the customer service department because before going to Lowe’s, I called in advance to know if they had the item I wanted in stock, and she was super patient and diligent at finding out and confirming its availability. Secondly, I have to acknowledge Tristan and Danny for helping me put my heavy-duty table in my trunk. I was alone, and I wouldn’t have done it without them. However, I would like to extend a special appreciation and hug to Tristan for empathizing with me and ensuring the product was safely tied to my car for a safe trip. The item was able to support the 35-min drive thanks to him. I am super-duper grateful. It is truly a blessing to count with employees who truly care for and support your customers’ needs to the best of their ability. I really want this message to reach their management team and fellow team members, so that they can be acknowledged as deserved and used as leader, as examples to follow. In my humble opinion, if they could have a bonus compensation for their excellent service, I’d advocate for that as they truly deserve it.     I had a very negative experience at Lowe’s with an Assistant Store Manager named Craig. He was rude, raised his voice, and spoke to me in a degrading and discriminatory manner. I felt disrespected and dismissed throughout the interaction. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from store management.

    My daughter has a project that requires multiple fitting of different PVC connectors. Mavoy offered to help and took us directly to the parts needed. We could have spent hours trying to find them. We really appreciated his assistance.
