If I could give zero stars I would. After showing the item price in the Lowes app the cashier needed a manager approval. “Manager” Craig decided to tell me the app price is incorrect and wanted to sell me the item for the price he thought he could charge. I honestly don’t care about the pricing but the way that it was handled. Craig was unprofessional and definitely not trained in customer service. Being rude and animated just because the price in the app was different isn’t my problem. Unfortunately I won’t be doing business in that store again and will take my business elsewhere. I know my concern will probably go unrecognized but “Manager” Craig needs a new line of work. @Lowes do better hiring managers please.
