Not sure where to begin, I ordered a washing machine online from Lowes for approximately 700.00. Delivery was scheduled for two days later. They send you a text the morning of the delivery to give you a 4 hour time frame. To the day off to wait from 1:30 to 5:30, at about 4:30 they contacted me to tell me that it would be 6 or 7pm now due to a delay. I agreed. At 6, they called to tell me that they canceled the delivery due to the weather, we had a pretty heavy storm. I again tried to be understanding, at this point, the lady told me I had to call customer service to reschedule because they were closed at 7. I called the delivery number and was told it would be rescheduled for Thursday, 2 days later after they already had it in the truck. Finally Thursday came and I received another 4 hour window in which I had to take off again. Also, I was still the 11th stop. Yes, I finally did get it, and the delivery people were kind and respectful, as well as, professional. That is not my issue, my issue is I lost two days of pay and st least an hour of my time on the phone. It is just sad that they cannot have an actual number for Lowes where you can speak to someone who actually understands your issues instead of some AI call center. A great deal of stress and such a huge ordeal to just get a washer, I was going to order a stove too, but no way from LOWES...also, they charge 45 for parts your old washer had that were fine, 50.00 to take it away, and another 45 for delivery. A 498.00 washer quickly became 673.00. Such a scam. I will NOT be a Lowes appliance customer ever again! Customer service with them is a big fit 0.

Lonnie, thank you for great service today. My grandson and I were there; he was looking at drills and I was in the plant area.
After looking for an item that I could not find, I approached Lonnie who was working in the garden section. He stopped what he was doing to help me. My grandson found me in the plant area, since no one was in the tool section and the drills are locked away. Lonnie went there with us, called the person who was scheduled in tools but who was moved elsewhere. He then assisted us when the other person could not. After that he proceeded to find another item I was searching for.
Lonnie is such an asset to Lowe's. He was friendly, helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to provide assistance. What a pleasure!

I needed to rent the Lowe's truck, and called the store to find out if one was available. The system that answered the call was in Spanish with no other option. I drove to the store to inquire and noticed two rental trucks in the parking lot. Staff at the customer service desk informed me that there were no trucks available because there were no keys in the log book. After finding a key under the monitor, the clerk checked with another young lady and she mentioned that the vehicle was tagged for maintenance. The truck rental is a nice service, but I feel it is being manipulated by staff to deny service.

Generally, I like this Lowe’s location. They have a great selection, and I especially enjoy their garden center, which offers a wide variety of plants and flowers.
Recently, I purchased a product through their installation program. The item arrived on time, and the installer did quality work. Unfortunately, part of what was delivered and installed was not what I ordered or paid for. What was most disappointing was that no one seemed concerned about resolving the issue or correcting the mistake.
While I have had positive experiences shopping at this store, based on my experience with the installation program, I would have difficulty recommending it to others.
