But when I was looking for what I needed, I was looking for about 10 minutes and I feel like if I would have hade an associated help me, I could've been more like 2 or 3 minutes. So that's why they got 4 stars. I feel bad because I had so many options
- MWMindy WeissAug 25, 20261.0Ok, so my husband and I went into Hobby Lobby for the first time yesterday. We will NEVER come back to a Hobby Lobby ever again. Why you ask? Let me explain. The store is nice. The prices are good. They have lots of choices, however, they are a RACIST store. I asked an employee ( a middle aged lady) where the have the Halloween decorations. Her reply “ Halloween is a PAGAN HOLIDAY and we are a Christian store, so we don’t have anything related to Halloween “. Ummmmm, you have pumpkins everywhere in the store which happens to be directly related to Halloween. I also would like to point out that Halloween IS NOT a Pagan Holiday. Do your research!!!!! with that said, I’m Jewish. Had my husband had not already paid for our items, we would’ve walked right out with that comment. Halloween is a festive holiday which children and adults alike from all walks of life enjoy. My money is good anywhere, and since I’m not CHRISTIAN I wouldn’t want to taint Hobby Lobby’s pockets with non Christian dollars. Do better, Hobby Lobby. You’re not the solution, you’re the problem in this already hateful situation America is in.

It was like looking for a needle in a haystack, but Dennis did it just a simple hello and how may I help you very polite very amazing thank you Dennis.
- MEMarie EspinalJul 24, 20261.0I’m a regular customer and shop here multiple times a week. My experiences are usually positive, which is why I felt it was important to share this. Unfortunately, my last two visits have both involved the same cashier, Kaiden S., and both experiences were unpleasant. The first time, I brushed it off because everyone has off days. However, during my visit today, even the people I was shopping with commented on her attitude. When I approached the register, she already seemed visibly annoyed. I asked if I could split my payment and pay part in cash, and her demeanor became even more negative. At the end of the transaction, when she handed me my receipt, she practically tossed it toward me instead of handing it to me. I understand that retail can be stressful, and I always try to be patient and kind to employees. However, consistently being met with this level of attitude as a customer was disappointing, especially since I enjoy shopping at this location so often. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to address customer service so future visits remain as welcoming as they’ve always been.
