- DPDominic PowellApr 27, 20261.0This place was once okay, and it's now inhospitable to anyone in the small business phase of needing a storage. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 ft. Pole (which I had to use to capture a rat in the building, that they took 5 days to remove from the bucket I caught it in). Their climate controlled units are just a suggestion and there is zero ramifications if they leave you in a unit with a busted AC that is consistently above their specified temperature range on the contract.(55 degrees to 85 degrees) ( I measured my unit at 88 degrees multiple times over the course of the summer when multiple AC units in the climate controlled unit was out, what was I told? Oh the AC isn't working? Whose problem is that? Again don't rent here, these 5⭐ reviews are purely from people in their first 3 month promotional period
