Here’s a sharper, strongly worded review you can post:
**Extremely unreliable and completely unacceptable service.** This storage facility is supposed to be accessible after 6 PM, but tonight neither I nor several other customers could get in. The keypad was not working, the mobile app was not working, and calling for help was useless because nobody answered. After waiting 30 minutes, someone finally responded on the intercom only to tell us to wait until 9:30 AM when the office opens.
This is not just an inconvenience it caused real financial loss for me. I had **4 employees waiting** to get tools and materials from my unit, and because of Extra Space Storage’s failure, my entire job was disrupted. Who is going to pay for those losses?
I truly regret renting a storage unit here. If you need a place you can actually rely on when you need access, this is not it.

Service was great. Taylor is a gentleman. Very knowledgeable, he escorted me to the location instead of me walking around getting lost. Location was just what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this place.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Extra Space Storage facility! Taylor, the manager, truly went above and beyond to make sure our check-in process was smooth, easy, and stress-free.
He was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional — without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a storage facility. Everything was handled in such a first-class manner from beginning to end, and it really exceeded all expectations.
I genuinely cannot recommend this location highly enough. Taylor is hardworking, kind, professional, and clearly truly cares about the people he helps. Five stars all the way around — an outstanding experience!
