I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service Brittany👈 provided. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and incredibly patient. She took the time to explain every detail of the rental process, answered all of my questions, and repeatedly made sure I understood everything by asking if I had any additional concerns.
She showed me several storage units so I could choose the one that best fit my needs and even searched for the best available promotions to help me save money. She also took the time to explain, in great detail, the importance of having insurance to protect my belongings, which I truly appreciated.
I also want to mention how beautiful and exceptionally clean the facility was. Everything was spotless, well organized, and well maintained. It gave me great confidence that my belongings would be stored in a safe and clean environment.
