Brittany was an exceptional listener. Even though I don’t speak English very well, she took her time to ask thoughtful questions and address all my concerns. I’m a senior citizen, and I move a bit slowly, but she was incredibly patient. She showed me all the unit sizes and walked me step-by-step through how to get in and out of the building. Her detailed explanations made me so happy, and I truly believe we need more people like Britany!!!
