I had a really frustrating experience. I had a confirmed move-in, but the unit wasn't actually climate controlled as expected. Then I was told I'd have to move again to a different location farther away, and pay more. It feels like each location operates in its own silo, no coordination, no accountability. Overall, it came off as caring more about fees than customers

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
After 10 hours of moving, the last thing anyone wants is more stress. When we arrived at this storage facility, unloading was a nightmare. There's only one tiny unloading area for the entire building. To make it worse, the access code I was given didn't work. No one answered the phone, the temporary code they provided also failed, and customer service who is outsourced was unable to resolve the issue. After waiting for over an hour I had no choice but to book a unit at Public Storage down the road at the last minute. I was able to access my unit immediately and was in and out without any problems. How can you be open until 10pm with nobody there to assist?
Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
