I have called repeatedly over the course of several days to talk to someone about my account and to make my payments, the call is either sent to voicemail after one ring or I’m told that no one can help me because they’re not in the office. I’ve left a call back number for when someone is in the office and have never received a call back. I am unable to get to my account online and live out of state. No sense of urgency to help, or give good customer service, or follow up.
