Ending up quickly needing extra storage space (ohhh I see what they did there!) in the late afternoon while moving daughter out of one college dorm into another. Was able to quickly search online, find facility 5 mins away from us, find an available inside storage unit, book it, no contract, month to month, then gain gate access immediately, enter facility, find a lock already waiting for us in a clean air conditioned unit, all without having to come in person or even talk to anyone. In this instance speed outweighed personal touch and they delivered.

Rente este espacio para el almacenamiento de mi linea de maquillaje y otros artículos que necesito tener guardados y me encuentro hace dos semanas que tienen una infección de plaga de ratones mejor dicho ratas pq la vimos correr un dia que fuimos y ellos no han hecho ninguna gestión para esto. Todo mi inventario esta comido por las ratas, con orina de ratones, ellos lugar esta lleno de escremento de ratones, el olor en esas unidades donde yo estoy es horrible como a comida de ganado o a ratones se le ha informado y ellos solo han dicho le puedo dar guantes y mascarilla para q remueva sus pertenencias. Tengo video y fotos de como se encuentra eso allí ellos las han visto y nada han realizado solo que haga el reclamo a la compañía de seguro de ellos para ver si me responden a lo dañado.
