She provided excellent customer service and made my move from one storage unit to another very smooth and stress-free. Gwen was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate her help and highly recommend working with her!

- NWNora WalkerMay 5, 20261.0Do NOT store your belongings at this facility. The conditions are unacceptable and, frankly, unsafe. There is a serious rodent infestation—rat droppings have been sitting in the hallways for months despite repeated complaints. The building is filthy and smells terrible, making it clear that basic sanitation is being ignored. I reported these issues multiple times in March and April, and when I returned this month, nothing had been addressed. The site manager, Gwen, openly stated that she is “only one person” and unable to clean the common areas, which is completely unacceptable for a business charging customers to store their property. The problems go far beyond cleanliness. The air conditioning does not work, the gate is broken, and there are unauthorized individuals living on the property. This raises serious concerns about both security and the safety of customers’ belongings. When I escalated the issue to Margo, the District Lead, I was told that a refund is not an option; only relocation within the same poorly maintained facility. Even more concerning, she claimed they are not obligated to address these issues because, according to her interpretation of Florida law, customers rent “at their own risk.” That response is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of accountability. This level of neglect, combined with management’s refusal to take responsibility, is beyond disappointing—it’s unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere. Hantavirus Beware!!
