  I had an extremely easy time just walking in and renting a new unit. The facility was very clean, and the manager did a fantastic job leading me through the rental process, listening to my individual needs and addressing them.

  Zero stars if I could. I've been a customer here since it opened with relatively no issues until recently. 1st the lady at the front decided she wanted lock me out of my unit & put my colleague's name on my existing personal storage unit back in June claiming it was his unit (I've had that unit since February). Had me call IT on the phone for them to say multiple times, it is my unit & always has been my unit. IT on the phone got sick of her and simply removed the restrictions for me, her excuse was because he opened his own unit for our business and gave her the business phone number 1st so she wanted to "connect" my profile to his... I went to get a second unit since I was moving and she told me that I couldn't do it online, the system would not let me (that was a lie, I've done it every time I've moved with no issue). The system completed it with no issue despite her telling me otherwise, but I was not given access to the unit so I had them cancel it and remove it. She made a big fuss about having to refund me because I NEVER accessed the unit or moved in since she kept lying to me saying I could not get the unit. She actually began to yell at me over the phone and hung up in my face saying she will process the refund. After that fiasco and her saying I would have to move out for 48 hours to be able to rent a unit online, I did so and rented unit 3148 for move-in on 7/8. I moved my things right back out within 2 hours because she assigned me a unit that was infested with German roaches (that whole row has a severe infestation problem with roaches, dead and alive, in and out of the units). When I requested a different unit, she aggressively stated, "There are no other units, FOR YOU." This employee has a history of hostility toward me, and despite making a complaint before, nothing was done about it. When asked about pest control, she claimed none was available, stated I could "wait until next month," and remarked that dead roaches meant "the poison is working," despite my clear warnings that the roaches were alive. She then rolled her eyes and retrieved a bottle of Ortho Home Defense from a janitor's closet and half-sprayed the unit, claiming the issue was "rectified." However, live roaches continued to crawl even while she was present (I have video documentation of this). Unwilling to risk my belongings in an infested environment, I removed my items that the moving company placed into the storage unit less than 2 hours later and officially processed a move-out via the app. Even while they were trying to move my items back out of the facility, roaches were falling from the ceiling on them. So beware of the issue and the abhorrent customer service you will encounter. It's a shame because I have rented storage units at this location for years, but since she's been there the customer service is trash!

  Love this storage location. The staff is always fabulous and accommodating especially since my situation is rather non traditional. Orlando and Shirley were so helpful when I couldn’t open my app and helped me streamline the process so quickly. I am a happy long term customer!
