had an excellent experience with this storage facility. My son emptied out my storage unit on July 28, 2026, and John, who was working that day, provided exceptional customer service. He went out of his way to help my son safely secure a mattress on top of his car, making what could have been a difficult task much easier.
My son couldn’t stop talking about how kind, patient, and helpful John was throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about helping customers, and John is definitely one of them.
