Good moving in price! Hopefully, the fee doesn’t inexplicably go up every few months for no reason (which is why I originally vacated E S Storage a couple yrs ago). Other than that - very clean, spacious, temp. controlled & quiet. Everything you want in a storage facility. Also like the fact that it’s month-to-month (no contract) & there’s access ‘til 10pm. Too hot to be storing things during the day!

I went online to make a reservation and there are $33 in hidden charges. For example, a large 20x15 unit with a monthly rent of $234 (requiring 4 months of prepay), plus 9.99 for a lock, $29 Facility Admin fee, 1.09 taxes, and 11 for insurance should come out to 987.08, but the total was 1020.08. There is no explanation for the $33 difference.
