I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I had to make an exception this time. The service and customer service I received from Briana, the new manager, were absolutely outstanding! She was professional, friendly, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
It’s refreshing to experience this level of customer service. Briana is a great addition to the facility, and it’s clear that she truly cares about the customers. Highly recommend this storage facility, especially with someone like Briana managing it!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage, and I can’t say enough positive things about this location, the facility, and especially the store manager, Jennifer.
We were coordinating our move from out of state, which included an 18-wheeler and a moving crew. Jennifer went above and beyond from the very beginning to make the entire process as smooth as possible.
Before we even arrived in Florida, she helped us coordinate the right unit, figure out where the 18-wheeler could park, and plan how the movers would access the facility. While we were still out of state, she even went outside and took pictures of the property and access points for us so we could better plan the logistics.
Once I arrived, Jennifer personally met with me at the facility, walked me through everything, showed me the unit, and helped me game-plan for moving day with the truck and moving crew. She was incredibly helpful and communicative before, during, and after our move.
What stood out most, though, was Jennifer herself. She is genuinely kind, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly good at what she does. After communicating with her throughout our move and finally meeting her in person, it honestly felt like I was meeting an old friend.
Moving from another state can be stressful, and having someone like Jennifer helping us throughout the process made a huge difference. She truly went above and beyond for our family.
I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location. The facility has been great, but Jennifer and the level of service she provides are what truly make this place exceptional. Thank you, Jennifer, for everything you did for us!
I had a great experience. Erniece called me after I had completed the online reservation and took care of everything I needed. It saved me from having to go there in person. She was very professional and helpful.

I had a misunderstanding at Extra Space Storage, but Briana, the new manager, went above and beyond to help clear everything. She was extremely patient, helpful, understanding, and genuinely concerned about making sure everything was explained clearly. Her professionalism and passion for helping customers really stood out to me.
Even though Briana has only been a manager for a short time at this location, I can already see positive changes. The facility looks very clean, organized, and well maintained.
It’s refreshing to have someone in management who truly cares about the customers and takes the time to listen and help. Briana is doing an amazing job, and I really appreciate the way she handled my situation. **Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her.** 🙌🏽👏🏽
