Excellent customer service provided by Ailene. The place is well kept and clean and if you use the app, opening the gates and sliding door make it very easy and efficient. The AC is a must in the Florida heat. The place is secure as well. Bathrooms are well kept and clean too. Best of all, the service by Ailene is the standard by which all others should be measured.
