- HBHeather BausMay 12, 20264.0My only complaint about Extra space is that there is no contract and they can raise the rent at any time, and they do regularly! My rent was $52, it jumped to $97. I gave a 4* because everytime that has happened, Ive called & requested a review and it was lowered...never back down to what I previously paid, let alone lower, but it was adjusted. The owner/mgmt staff at the Orange Ave, Orlando FL locations is always responsive and helpful.
