I’ve been renting at the Extra Space Storage location in Lake Nona for about 2½ years, and my experience has been consistently outstanding. The facility is always exceptionally clean, well-maintained, brightly lit, and I feel confident knowing my belongings are stored in a secure environment.
What truly sets this location apart is the customer service. Anthony went above and beyond to help me and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in helping customers, and it really shows.
The location is another huge advantage. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Lake Nona with easy access, making it simple to stop by whenever I need to. The property is well-kept, easy to navigate, and the climate-controlled units have been perfect for storing my belongings.
After more than two years as a customer, I can honestly say this has been one of the best storage experiences I’ve ever had.
