Bait-and-switch pricing — avoid.
I started renting here in January at $318/month. By May, with zero warning, my rate jumped to $398 — a 25% increase in four months. I never received any notice by email or mail, yet I was told it had been “sent USPS.” When I pushed back, they offered to “adjust” me down to $359, as if that were a favor.
Here’s the kicker, while I was on chat with the rep, the exact same unit on my floor was being advertised on their website for $335. So a new customer can rent my identical space for $24/month less than the “discount” they offered a loyal, paying customer of five months and $63 less than the rate they tried to stick me with.
When I pointed this out, the answer was, “There’s nothing we can do.”
There’s plenty they can do. They just won’t. This is textbook loyalty punishment, quietly hike existing customers while dangling lower prices to lure in new ones, betting you won’t notice or won’t bother to leave. I noticed. Take your belongings somewhere that won’t penalize you for staying.

Moved my college student's things into into this location. Everything was clean and inviting. Bill was working at the desk and made sure we understood how the locking mechanism worked. Went out of his way to find us flatbeds and did it all with a smile. Highly recommend.
