I reviewed the size options online, called and got everything reserved and paid. Maybe an hour or two later I realized I didn't need the size I picked so I called back and they got me switched to a smaller unit with a credit to my account. Everything took less than 15 minutes. Getting in the building and unit was easy too.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Extra Space Storage on Lee Rd! The customer service here is truly exceptional. Brianna and Jerry have both been such a joy to work with throughout my time renting a unit.
They are always friendly, professional, and proactive about communicating any updates regarding my unit, giving me plenty of notice and time to handle things when needed. When I accidentally got locked out of my unit, Brianna went above and beyond to help me get a new lock. And just today, she patiently walked me through the process of transferring into a new unit (all with a kind smile and positive attitude).
Both Brianna and Jerry have an amazing sense of humor that somehow makes the stressful process of moving and storing belongings feel much more enjoyable. Their sunny attitudes, kindness, and genuine care for customers make this location stand out.
Honestly, I’ll be sad the day I finally move out of storage completely because I’ll miss seeing them! Thank you both for making every interaction such a pleasant experience. May God bless you both for the kindness and encouragement you share with others every day.
