Their staff is amazing, but their phone payment system is trash. I made an accidental payment of 2 months based on the payment the phone provided, they don’t give an option to choose what payment you want to make nor do they offer to confirm the payment before processing. I NEED A REFUND OF $297 ASAP! I’m pissed about this! And why are yall raising rent every few months? Ridiculous!

My experience at this storage company has been a 10/10. Marbelly who I have been working with now for over a year always professional kind and willing to help in anyway she can. I have used 3 ExtraSpace storage in Orlando and South Carolina this one is the cleanest I have ever had. The entire staff makes you feel like family.
