Stuck with 2 cars on moving day. The cide I was given did not work I called the "emergency number" since it was past 6pm left 3 messages called several numbers no one got back with me nit even in next day. Needless to say I wasted time gas and money. I called the next day around noon since no one called. The girl on phone was nice and helped giving me anithet code.HUGE inconvenience nit being able to actually move stuff in miving day. Once in waited on elevator that was broken, fire department came to fix. Overalll bad experience.

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage. Steve, the manager, was absolutely amazing! My storage unit door was jammed, and he was able to help me resolve the issue quickly and without any hassle. Isabelle was amazing with getting Steve involved.
What impressed me most was his willingness to go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, even after normal business hours. His professionalism and dedication were truly appreciated.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. I have never had any issues with rodents, pests, or cleanliness concerns.
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility with exceptional customer service.

I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed.
