After getting multiple quotes to have our pool and pool deck resurfaced we selected Classic Marcite. Their price was fair and the salesman answered all of our questions and they took our deposit. *** WORST decision we have made! Horrible communication. The very first scheduled appointment was a No Call- No Show and its been that way ever since. Roughly 3 weeks in with a total of 4 missed appointments with 3 of them being No Call - No Show! After the initial drain and prep of the pool there has been no more work done. Plenty of excuses. I've asked to speak with a manger or owner but was told the owners are always in meetings, so I guess too busy to get involved. I did receive a callback from the office this morning finally after I left a message yesterday for that No Call - No Show saying that they are trying to get out here in the next day or two but aren't sure. My pool now has 5 feet of groundwater and Heavy Algae that is smelling up our back porch. This is now a safety hazard. I've attached current pictures from today. Despite other good reviews I see, I find it hard to believe mine is an isolated case as awful as it is... Do your research and Decide for yourselves but my advice is to run, not walk from these guys.

We could not be happier with this company. Forget the fact that they did an excellent job on the pool because that part should be a given and they certainly did that. More importantly, they were gracious and jumped through hoops to get this done quickly and perfectly because of serious medical issues with one of us and it needed to be done and the area cleared of all dust and noise before my wife could come home from the hospital. This team made it all work and we could not be more grateful. Highest praise for the office manager who worked with me even off hours to be able to coordinate this and to communicate clearly the times their employees would arrive and exactly what would be done at each stage. Six stars isn't a high enough rating for this company and its team. Do not hesitate to hire them and count on them.
