  My company has used Bowens for years and believe it or not we have never been to their shop and have never met them in person. It's always been done over the phone! They have been in business for decades. We have had hundreds of saw blades sharpened by them and never a problem. It's just a good business relationship that has been established. The folks on here complaining about their scissors and knives should go stick them where the sun doesn't shine. They are just like all the other complainers I read about in reviews. What they can't figure out is that Bowens doesn't sharpen things for free and they base their estimates on the communication they receive. Most people don't know what they have when they call about those types of things (we have the same problems) and when they show up at the door it's something totally different than what they said on the phone! Then they are angry because the price changed! I say go somewhere else or use your darn dull scissors and knives. Bowens...Keep up the good work as we will always have boxes of saw blades to sharpen and so will all the other professionals just like us!
