- JRJarrett RiffleOct 22, 20251.0I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the service I've paid for. First, I wasn't notified that they popped out a nail in the drywall and right after that I found fresh 8" long scratches in the middle of my sliding glass door that they installed vertical blinds on. The installer didn't even check if the blinds were secure before he went to the next one, leaving them to potentially fall out and cause further damage. After talking with employees and the President of this company they are failing to admit fault for the scratches and are trying to point fingers at everyone but their own company. I closed on a brand new home and have paperwork from closing as well as the 7-point inspection that was done prior to moving in that did not mention scratches on the glass of said door. Just to clarify we had only lived in this house a week in-between the time we moved in and the day of the blind installation, there was no furniture around the door and nothing that would've repeatedly scratched the glass. I would highly recommend using a different company or even doing it yourself to avoid these complications. I guess I will have to resort to being a Karen and recording everything when paying for a service from now on. There is no accountability these days and companies will try to get out of anything they can. Now, a new door will be coming out of my pocket due to damage they caused. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
