  I normally like going to the container store, but this last trip I felt very judged and angry. I took my 2 year old…and as kids do…they yell from time to time out of excitement or to get your attention. The employee made a comment to in essence silent my child. Then told me they had a migraine as if that was my problem. Mind you she (red hair) had no problem doing nothing, speaking with a coworker, and really not helping any of the customers in the store.

  Unfortunately since there seems to be no direct way to leave a review for bed Bath & beyond only, I'm stuck using this platform. I actually love the container store. But I will never shop at bed Bath & beyond again. I ordered a ceiling fan online on August 29. Delivery date was supposed to be September 4. It is currently September 14 and it has still not arrived. I had an electrician scheduled to come put it in along with other items. Since it wasn't here I have to pay him another $75 minimum to come back out and put in the fan. I called in and asked about it and they told me it was a delayed delivery and should be here in a few days. Reached back out again and they told me the item was out of stock. The best they could do was say sorry and provide a refund for an item I never got. I've been waiting to take professional photos to get my house rented because of this stupid fan. I could've went to Lowe's by my house and paid 20 extra dollars for it and gotten it that day. How can a business tell you a product is in stock and provide a delivery date and just never contact you that it's out of stock? Terrible logistics and customer service. I won't be buying anything from here again.

  I walked in and right out. Yet another store that took on Bed Bath and Beyonds junk. All I wanted were metal mixing bowls. They had TWO. lol I also tried to find other things in what they called their kitchen area. Very sad if you can call it that. Ive been to a container store in SoCal and wow! No comparison. This place appears to be going out of business. Theyre just selling off all they have like a liquidation sale. Thats the vibe I got when I walked in. Check back in a year but not sure how this place is gonna survive.
