- AFAndre Lee Fook1 day ago1.0I have asked that your techs the schedule their visits when I am home. You guys are constantly spraying outside my home when I pay for you service a 6 bedroom 3 level house. Do you how much money i have wasted for two years by you not doing my entire home.
- MSMohamed ShakurSep 30, 20261.0I would give this company 5 negative stars if I could. The service was terrible, and the customer service was even worse. My experience with Nabil, one of their termite sales representatives, and the district manager was extremely disappointing. I felt pressured by aggressive and pushy sales tactics, and ultimately, the services and commitments that were promised to me were not delivered. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and carefully considering your options before doing business with this company. Based on my experience, I would not use them again.
- MMMountain MadeSep 29, 20261.0The service is fine but I canceled my account, blocked payments from my bank. emailed, called, tried every way I could to contact them.... crickets, nada, nothing. If they'd return my call, I might pay them. Reach out directly... I'm waiting. I'll take this post down too... just do the right thing.
- KSKenrick SmellieSep 20, 20263.0I must say things have been better over the last 3 to 4 months. Prior to that it was a complete joke. Your truck would show up and sit in front of my house for 10 min and drive off, I would then get a bill. I called and asked to talk to a manager and no one returned my call. You phone receptionist offered to drop the two months and just move on. Not fix the problem just a credit and move on, I asked to stop service and she said that wasn’t possible. Months later it started to get better.
- IPIvelisse PabonSep 17, 20264.0The problem has been resolve. I just think that the service should be monthly for the first 3 to 4 months and then every 2 to 3 months. I have a 24 month contract $69 every month and I think is two long. When I hire them, he told me 12 month and Instead of read the contract I was ask to sign in the phone. Later I saw 24 month and is too long for a situation that has been resolve.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
