- RRrachel2 days ago1.0Annoyed. I have a premium account to have monthly visits, but they haven't come by since February. I checked my payments and they've gone through and it even said I was scheduled for a visit on May sixth, but Noone came by. Theres no way to cancel on the website or even to report anything or ask for help. Ive attempted a rescheduled appointment in hopes they'll come by, but I want refunded for my months missed. I never complain like this, but I miss when my service was Ridd and not owned by Aptive.

I was told I was going to get a call back from them about it “tomorrow morning” and havent heard from them in two weeks. They are also ignoring the emails I’ve been sending. On top of the damage, they didnt do what they said they would do. My number 1 reason for signing up for this service was getting the spiders and their webs out of my screened in enclosure. After the service, nearly all the webs were still up. They said theyd put a mosquito bag up on the fence but didnt. I noticed no difference in the amount of pest after their visit and was only left with damaged property that I have to pay out of pocket for.
