- MLMelinda LewisAug 20, 20261.0I have had a living room set for almost a year and the experience I have had, is truly unbelievable. I went into the hospital and fell behind in June. When I was discharged I went online to make the payment. The amount owed was hundreds more than it should have been. I called for a better understanding and was met with Noel on the other end of the line. He was not only rude but his explanation of money owed was not making sense as to what I was seeing with my own eyes. His frustration lead to using the Lords name in vein. Because of this, I arranged for a pick up with Julie. I made them aware someone would be home after 4:30, but I personally wouldn't be there or even be able to answer the phone as I would be preoccupied. I was told this wouldn't be a problem. You guessed it right, no one showed up as they said I didn't answer the phone. I still have this furniture in my home. I am awaiting them to pick it up. Me having complete and open availability from the open of their store until close of their store, six days a week, still doesn't fit their needs. I just want this nightmare to end. I do not want to support a business that can't keep their composure for the sake of customes to be enlightened. Yet has the nerve to take someone to court when they haven't made one attempt to come and pick there property up at the customers request with complete an open availability. Making me push a scheduled pick up for a week and a half out, just because the store has no staff. Being understaffed is not the customers fault, yet the customers get the frustration of a managers mouth, when a simple explanation would have been suffice. Because of this and the words of Noel telling me I have no choices in this matter, made me take a step back, realize who I was giving my hard earned money to, and recollect my thoughts. Noel is the reason my end game changed from becoming current, to not making myself current, to finally ending the contract. Who I give my money to, is and will always be simply my choice. Simple is as simple does. The other review said it best...Do better, be better!

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
