  Stopped in here today to get furniture for our new home and they could not have been nicer. They gave us amazing prices for all new furniture and are delivering the day we chose. Will come back and send friends and family here.

  walked in and within 10 minutes walked out with a discounted couch ! never been happier with a piece of furniture before. the customer service was just as welcoming as the material of the couch

  I love my new couch and l loved my customer service. I went in and got a very clean couch with a recliner and built in charger and speaker for less than $1200! I was so grateful for the price as someone struggling with finances during pregnancy. They advertise that their furniture is in perfect condition- keep in mind that they’re in great condition but not perfect. I’m missing two buttons and have holes on two cushions and one of the cushions had the button sewn on and they did a terrible job of it (whoever it was probably not Homey) and then Homey couldn’t fix the buttons themselves but honestly I just threw some nice pillows to hide them and you would never know. The couch looks BRAND NEW from an expensive store honestly. I also have to mention my delivery drivers Rami and Jose- specifically Rami. He was SO KIND. I mean when I say I surprised by how kind and helpful he was. The power cords they brought were defective too but I honestly didn’t mind coming in the next day to the store to pick up new ones because of how friendly Rami was. He even tested them for me and showed me how to plug it into the couch. I really am grateful and hope he gets recognized by the store because as someone who just moved to Florida by herself PREGNANT and in school to be a doctor (I’m very stressed) he brought some sunshine to my day. Thank you Rami and thank you Homey

  When your buying they are fantastic but it ends there, I bought a sectional and it was delivered 6 hours late, it came with a small lamp but it was broken. The delivery man said they would replace it, I even wrote it on the paper he had me sign well I never heard from them so I called, have been getting the run around for over a month. Every time I call I'm told I will call you back in 10 minutes or I have to go to the warehouse but I promise I will call you back and still have not heard back. BUYER BEWARE!

  I would not recommend this place. My husband and I purchased a bedroom set from here. Pricing negotiations were fair. The issue is there is 0 communication from this business when missing pieces such as a complete night stand . We spent 3 months trying to obtain our night stand we paid for in full. We never got our night stand to complete our bedroom. We had to drive back and forth to the store due to 0 answers of phone calls and text messages. Sam kept telling us it was in order or he would check an alternate location. We got fed up driving back and forth . It took us 3 months for a refund. When going back for the last time to get our refund . I explained to Sam all he had to do was communicate with us. He told me I was too much. As a paying customer for a product I did not receive this was entirely to much for furniture that is pre-used from higher retailer such as rooms to go show room floors. The only reason this business gets 1 star is because you’re obligated to give it to them to express the horrible customer service experience from this business. I’d prefer to spend the extra money to get my product and quality service.
