Sunday Manager “Dan” is not the man. Lost a $400 sale, because he cant leave his office chair, and likes to talk down to Pro Members like they are his employees with complete disrespect. Pull the camera footage from 9/26/26 at 5:35pm in the office with him and his helper hanging out in the office hopefully there is audio but the body language will tell you everything you need to know about Dan. - 10 year gold pro member

There's a guy that name TJ when I asked him where an item was he didn't just say over there he took me right to it there was none on the Shelf he said hold on a minute looked in his phone and said we have two he looked right above us there was two he said hang on I'll get them for you Albertsons then I'll go out of my way several miles to go there and all his associates they seem to follow the same program I think he leads to be better at their jobs like I said I'll go out of my way to go to the store by several miles because one employee named TJ that I met about 2 years ago my name is Juan Cueto and I'm a loyal Lowe's customer because of one person thank you TJ

I love this store however I have spoken to numerous managers, asking them to move their mulch display from the first row of their parking lot
With swig and Chick-fil-A now in the same shopping center, the traffic in Lowes parking lot is overly congested and a nightmare to navigate. With the mulch taking the first row, traffic now has to drive through the entire parking lot to get to swig or Chick-fil-A and it’s absolutely an accident waiting to happen. More people are passing through than shopping at Lowe’s
It can be mitigated simply by putting the mulch display in the 2nd row instead of the first to keep normal traffic from having to drive through the entire parking lot
I don’t know why they aren’t. Everyone has told me they’re looking into it - if they have a really good reason why they won’t move it I’ll have they remove the review but so far nobody is being straight with me

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
