I used this storage company when I first moved to the Ocoee area. I had a small but clean first floor unit. If you plan to store books and family keepsakes these units are perfect because the temperature stays cool throughout. The site manager, Tiffany, is very kind and business savvy. the other employees here are also knowledgeable . They were prompt in answering questions or dealing with any concerns. The facility is worth checking out for all your storage needs! -from Mel

Tiffany Smith was very helpful she got me what I needed and delivered service with a smile. I don’t need a storage unit but if I do due to her great customer service I will definitely think of here first.

Looked at different storage places, this place is exceptional. Tiffany is very accomodating, with a pleasant personality. She answered all our questions and keeps this place spic and span. Top-notch keyless entry, high tech facility. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been a customer for 3 years here at this location and it’s the best service I’ve experienced with storage units. Tiffany is always helpful and assists me with any questions I have. Very clean facility, easy access to storage units from either side of the building, and mobile app that makes the whole process streamlined.
