  The Ocoee location offers a variety of units in a very clean environment. The site manager, Ms.Tiffany was very kind. She offered us wonderful customer service and was attentive to our situation and needs. She’s an excellent example of what assistance from management should be.

  The facility itself is nice and high-tech. However, there are clouds with this silver lining, and things are taking a downturn. Apparently, in May, a new owner took over. Perhaps not by coincidence, there have been several major and lasting maintenance issues. For a number of days, one of the main elevators was down. On the heel of that, the main drive-thru entry (which is the only convenient way to remove large items from units has been down for over a week now - and we've been notified it will be "at least" yet another week for it to be repaired. We understand - things break. A day or two would have been an understandable outage. But two weeks, maybe longer? To add insult to injury, we also got yet another rate increase, adding to our long line of rate increases (I'm now paying twice what I did just over a year and a half ago). These excessively-long maintenance issues don't bode well for the new ownership. I will update and revise this review in time, when the ultimate resolution time for the drive-in entryway has been determined. Edit: Now there is a repeated issue accessing the units. Since they're keyless, using smart phones, we're locked out until the office re opens. Tried calling the posted emergency number, but it just goes to voice mail. Removing another star.
