  Yesterday, June 15, 2026, a colleague of mine was there to make some purchases, and the person serving customers refused to provide good service, leading to an argument. I am sorry to say this, but that is no way to treat people—especially when we are regular customers. You have to be better with clients.

  I am a pool technician and have been buying from various Leslie’s stores in Orlando and the surrounding area for over three years; I had never had a bad experience until today at this specific location. The customer service provided by the employee on duty, Fabiana, was terrible. She was unprofessional, called me ignorant, treated me poorly from the start, and used offensive language. She slammed the door in my face because she refused to let me register using the company name (she insisted on a number) and even shoved me while closing the door. On top of that, I picked up 8 jugs, but she charged me for 10; I didn't notice it at the time because I was so upset by the situation. Honestly, I believe people like this tarnish the image of a brand with such a long-standing reputation.

  This store always has issues. When it’s not the staff being rude and bad-tempered with customers, it’s the operating hours. I came by just now—on a Monday at 4:00 PM—to stock up, as I have a business account, but the place was closed even though there were employees inside. I called out, and an employee came out and told me they were closed, even though the sign on the front door states the hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It shows a real lack of respect for customers.

  Employers are required under the OSHA General Duty Clause (Section 5(a)(1) to provide a workplace free from recognized hazards. The AC does not work in the Ocoee store. It's June and the poor girl working in the store said its been out for more than a month (I think she said 2 months). The temp inside (no windows or ventalation) was ~105 when I was there. The chemical smells combined with the heat were stifiling. I'm not concerned for my health just the people who have to work there 8 hours a day.
