  Very good job by Kura pools. From the sales team with Jason, Caleb the project manager for attending to every concern we had along the way, to all different crew guys that came and took good care did an excellent job, and also Jaxon for the pool school explaining how everything works! Thanks to all of you for the great job! We are very happy with the outcome of the project!

  I am an ecstatic with the fantastic job that Kura Pool design has performed . I would like to personally thank and call out the following individuals for their outstanding effort and going above and beyond for me and my family during this build process. First and foremost, the supervisor, Caleb Allen, his ability to stay in contact with me and to get back to me in a timely manner was key to this entire process being a positive experience. He was always available and regularly went above and beyond to answer my questions or assist me.. I believe the key to a positive experience when I see people leaving negative remarks for reviews… Is great communication with the supervisor to Ask new Guy questions and it helped toalleviate all problems. Thank you, Caleb, you are awesome! Next, Jaxin Eddington, I don’t think I’ve ever had that thorough of a school briefing on how to utilize or perform maintenance on a system before. You are awesome and you did a fantastic job within instilling in me, the confidence to take care of and maintain my Pool properly. Bravo Zulu to you… you have a future in teaching or instructing if you ever decide to do so. He left me no doubt, what exactly to do To maintain my pool systemand a feeling that I could always reach out to him for help and he Would be available to assist. I chose Kuru over six different companies/quotes and I am not disappointed. It all started off with the personability of the sales representative from Kura, finding me exactly what I want and helping me to identify things that I wanted, but didn’t know about yet. Bravo Zulu to Jason Eddington. Thank you again to Caleb Allen, Jaxin Eddington and Jayson Eddington. You guys are true professionals. Buying a pool is a complete commitment and most of us don’t know exactly all the details that goes into building one. Essentially one primary contractor, babysits and supervises numerous subcontractors and that is not an easy task to stay on track. Kura (Caleb and Jayson) did a brilliant job with giving me a realistic timetable of 3 to 4 months for completion. It’s true that there are a lot of changes or adjustments to the schedule along the way, but it is not an easy process to manage with multiple subcontractors all on separate schedules and Caleb manages to do it brilliantly and for that I am forever thankful and grateful. A Piece of advice to others who are looking to build a pool, Kura Pool Designs as a fantastic team and as long as you ask the questions and stay in regular communications with them, they will be there to help you along every step of the way. Thank you for everything, I’ll be in touch for upgrades and they’re not too distant future, lol!!! Very respectfully, one happy customer😃

  We had an excellent experience with kura design pools from start to finish. The entire team was reliable, punctual, and trustworthy, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our salesperson Jayson Eddington was honest, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He provided great guidance throughout the process and followed up consistently to make sure all of our questions were answered. Our project manager Danny Berry was outstanding. Communication was excellent, they were always punctual, easy to reach, and kept us informed every step of the way. As first-time pool owners, we especially appreciated the helpful advice and recommendations they shared, which made us feel confident and well-prepared. If you're looking for a company that values honesty, professionalism, and customer service, I highly recommend them. We couldn't be happier with our new pool and the overall experience!

  I want to share our experience with an excellent company like Kura Pools. From the beginning with Jayson Eddington the most honest sales person that we ever known. He gave us a price and he honored the price months after the quote. The whole process of the construction, with the . manager Danny Berry , who’s a wonderful person, made us feel like we’re family . Danny went above and beyond our expectations. He even helps us to get other services like an efficient and professional Fence company : KMS Services. Danny Berry always answered all ours calls and all ours questions and concerns.He was never in a rush. He always had the time to make sure that we were happy with our pool This is the 3rd pool that we built in Florida, and we had other company , but Kura Pools exceeded by really far that company with an excellent customer experience. If we have to built another pool in the future , we will choose Kura Pools over any other companies and we will share our experience with all our friends and family.The service that we received by all the employees : Tammy , Jayson and Danny it have no competition is just Above and beyond. .

  We had quotes from a few different people and are so happy we went with Kura. It started off with a visit from Jayson who helped us design everything in less than an hour, giving us a line by line, accurate quote as we went. Anything we needed he had to us the same day, almost always in less than an hour. During the permit process, Tammy kept us updated without us ever asking and got everything quickly turned over to Danny once the permit approvals went through. Danny did an excellent job. His communication was great and he was incredibly responsive. We were never guessing what was going on or what would happen next. Everything was done incredibly efficiently and finished faster than the timeline given with zero issues along the way. A neighbor went with one of the other companies we had a quote from. They started exactly a week later. They're still waiting on decking as we're finishing up, including a cage. We really couldn't be happier with how this process has gone.
