  Our experience with Kura Design Pools building our pool was very positive. From the beginning, Jayson Eddington from sales was punctual, very helpful, and guided us through the process professionally. The design center is also very nice and offers a great variety of choices. Danny Berry, our project manager, was very professional, kind and clearly very experienced throughout the entire pool building process. He was always available to answer our questions, moving faster the process and made us feel confident. Today, our pool looks amazing, and we are satisfied with the final result. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Kura Design Pools.

  We recently had our pool completed by KURA Design Pools located at 2751 Old Winter Garden Rd., Ocoee, FL 34761, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded our expectations! From the very beginning, Jayson at KURA Design Pools helped us design the perfect pool to fit our family’s needs and vision. He truly listened to what we wanted and helped bring it to life beautifully. Brandon, the project manager, led the crew and did a marvelous job throughout the entire process. He was always professional, responsive, and available to answer every question I had in a timely manner. His communication and attention to detail made the project run smoothly from start to finish. Jaxsin also provided an excellent “pool school” and took the time to teach me how to properly care for and maintain our pool, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, communication, and timelines were outstanding. We started our pool project in November 2025, and everything was completed by February 2026 without any hiccups. That says a lot in today’s world! We are beyond happy with the final results and absolutely love our new pool and spa area. Thank you to the entire KURA Design Pools team for creating such a beautiful space for our family to enjoy for years to come! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Pool turned out great. It is just what we were looking for. Jayson came to the house prepared with information about city rules that other vendors didn’t provide. Their dig-to-swim timeline was correct. Brandon was the project manager and he was quick to give us updates and answer questions. Finally, Jackson did our pool school and he was extremely thorough and professional throughout the process. I have already recommended Kura to a friend of mine and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

  This was a pleasant experience. I thought building a pool taking over 3 months would be a hardship filled with fights and complaints, but it was not….it was a joy to watch our pool be constructed. The subs were all professional and great at their expertise, they respected our property and did what they could to keep the mess at a minimum. I would recommend Kura pools in a second with one stipulation…..request Danny as your foreman. He is incredibly talented and cares about the construction of the pool. I would not have had the experience without Danny. The owner ? Different story but Danny incredible. So final word. Yes Kura pools did a nice job, Danny is a must request.

  What does a GREAT pool company look like and behave like so that the end result for the home owning customer is one where they are treated like gold by the pool company and they end up with a pool that they love everyday because it’s a thing of beauty to look at and swim in with joy? Even though it’s going to cost YOU 6-figures, This is not an easy thing to find and get in central Florida! How do I know, you ask? It took my wife and I 8 months of deep research, planning, investigating, and the time and energy consuming process of interviewing 7 different pool contractors to find The 1 we could trust to deliver everything we wanted and handle the extensive construction process and our money without dropping the ball at anytime. That company is KURA DESIGN POOLS of Ocoee, FL! From Jayson the designer/sales contact to Danny the Operations Mgr to Tammy the queen of flawless paperwork, to Jaxson the King of Pool School… this team of people performed extremely well from the beginning of the interview process (Sept 2025) to the final installation/delivery of our pool, spa, pavers, and screen enclosure (Feb 2026) and sign off from the county shortly thereafter! Here’s how I’d rate them on the 4 key factors impacting the Customer Experience (CX): 1) Communication verbally and in writing from KURA over a 5-6 month period = 9/10 2) Design (did they listen closely to what WE wanted and design and install it) = 10/10 3) Build Quality (did they use only high quality materials and labor, and if there were any problems or flaws, did they come back immediately and fix it to our complete satisfaction, with no fight or fuss) = 10/10 4) Paperwork & Money handling (did they put together the contract terms WE needed, file all permits on time with proof, and charge us exactly the amount agreed to the penny for each of the 5 installments & in total) = 10/10 Special thanks to Danny for all of his patience, great problem solving skills, fantastic contractor recommendations for the many tasks needed outside the pool construction itself (plumbing gas line extensions, landscaping, etc.) he is a First Class Professional, and all around good guy! What’s the bottom line? Most pools cost a LOT OF MONEY and TIME, and ours was no exception, so if you want the job done right and have no worries that a pool contractor might rip you off, then in my humble opinion, simply hire KURA for all the reasons I detailed above!
