This is my second experience with being a customer of Extra Space Storage. This is my second location with their company. Just like the first location (3820 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32806) the second location ( 11920 W Colonial Dr Ste 10, Ocoee, FL 34761) has not disappointed. Holly was knowledgeable about each unit size and type.
On my first day there was a technical issue with my pass-code. Holly was on lunch break, but the customer support team, Bill, was right on it and provided me an immediate temporary code.

I cannot say enough great things about Extra Space Storage and their incredible team. From day one, every staff member has been professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping customers. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there.
A special shoutout to Ishmael, who is the shining star of an already outstanding team. He consistently goes above and beyond, treats everyone with kindness and respect, and leads by example with exceptional customer service.
One experience that really stood out was when a stray cat became trapped near my storage unit. The entire team jumped in to help locate and safely recover the cat. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared and was willing to take time out of their day to help. Their compassion, teamwork, and dedication left a lasting impression on me.
What started as a business relationship has grown into genuine friendships, and that’s a testament to the quality of people working at this location. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent service, a clean and secure property, and a team that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Super easy to sign up online and access once arriving. Used for a short time, when we left, they called us to cancel everything on our behalf. Wonderful customer service! If I had to think of one thing that was annoying, it would be the super long code that you have to enter every time you go in and out of the gate.
