They have totally screwed up their tile department. You can't find sanded white grouts in the store, shocking should be standard. Finding anything in the tile department is absolutely ridiculous anymore you have to ask somebody because it's all up on the shelves their excuses they're redoing their tile department at the expense of the customers evidently
I guess Home Depot will benefit from whoever's idea it was to screw up the tile department so severely.

Went to buy a new lawnmower. For a large box store, the choices are minimal ( especially for gas powered). I had to wait a few minutes for assistance as the 2 then 3 associates standing 5 feet away all had to chat while 1 of them was helping a customer. Finally got help from an employee who was actually working, she found a cart then got one of the 3 other employees to get it on the cart. Smooth sailing after that with a shout out to Jill at customer service who made sure I had some help getting it in my car.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
