I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in Lowe's in a single year. Hitting Lowe's anywhere from 100 mi from my house for job sites. Moses are great you walk in you find Lumber carts the attendance help you load. For some odd reason Silver Springs has to break the system Lowe's has. There is never a card in the building and if they are in the building they have been loaded with pre-orders because they're too lazy to bring their own carts back in for their customers. The Silver Springs Lowe's is a worst Lowe's I go to throughout the state of Florida.

This is thee worst Lowe’s! I had an issue with bathroom tiles being delivered in where the delivery people kept pushing back the delivery date just because they DID NOT feel like delivering it. I spent almost 3-weeks hoping for that delivery to get there. I had to get so rude on the phone for someone to do something. Ashley, the manager solved the issue. Today, I order 2 things, 2! Allegedly it is supposed to be out for delivery and guess what?!?!? It’s been “out for delivery” for the past 4 hours even though I got a text message that the driver picked it up and is on the ways I am soooo annoyed at this store! I should’ve known to just order from Home Depot!

We had such a great experience with Kenny at Lowe’s today! We went in looking for paint to redo our kitchen and dining room, and Kenny was beyond helpful from the very beginning. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain our options, and gave us genuinely great advice.
What really stood out to us was that he wasn’t trying to push the most expensive products on us. He listened to what we were looking for, gave us his honest recommendations, and helped us make decisions that actually made sense for our project and our budget.
Kenny honestly made this shopping experience one of the best we’ve ever had at Lowe’s. We left feeling confident about our purchases and actually excited to get started on our project!
At this point, every time we go into Lowe’s, we’re going to be hoping Kenny is there! Employees like him make such a huge difference. Lowe’s is lucky to have him!

Had customer service order the kobalt 17 inch 48 v push mower and string trimmer combo, what I received was just the mower. When questioned they said I had to purchase each item separately. That is not what the ad showed. It shows both items for 329.00. if that is so that's false advertising. I have shopped at Lowe's for years but that can possibly change with that kind of service. Heck of a way to treat a veteran.
