Apparently internet orders no longer get filled with any sort of urgency, I mean 3 hours to pick 1 item is insane. Also the only cashier is either Lawn & Garden or Lumber. Forget getting the attention of an associate to help you either. This location sucks, I personally won't be using it again, I'll drive right past it go to Home Depot instead.

I ordered items listed as in stock, one big item and several small things to hook it up. They delivered the small things and not the main item. It’s on back order for Lowe’s, but available from competitor’s. If I cancel the order they will not refund the delivery fee. Do not believe Lowe’s when they tell you it is in stock! Dishonest Vendor!!!!

Wish I had a better store within a convenient distance to rom my house. Their lumber is garbage, they'll sell you used tools as new, and at full price, and they only ever have one register open aside from self checkout. I went to pick up 12 2x4s and only got 10 because the rest were of questionable quality. Split, covered in mold, looking like a banana. It's sad to see how far this store has fallen since it first opened up.

I was in Lowe’s today to purchase a garage door remote. A gentleman asked if he could help me and I told him what I was looking for. He said “ yea, if we have any they will be on aisle 13 all the way at the end on the left”. He never offered to show me where they were or assist me with what would work best for my situation. Instead he was too busy speaking with another associate( which did not offer to help either). I have worked in retail so I know customer service and that was not it.
