Went to Purchase a stove top and microwave for our daughter's villa. Mark helped us out. He went above and beyond, went to get the appliances and load them on a flat bed cart, also helped my husband load it in our surprisingly spacious Hyundai Tucson. Thank goodness we were close to Lowe's.

I need file a complaint about employee Stacey at “front end” Returns department at your Ocala location 7575 SW 90th St, Ocala, 34476. I brought an item for return with the receipt and got a fight from her. Right from the beginning she was extremely defensive and would not let me finish my sentence in explaining the return. She simply declined to return the item. I asked for a manager and Ree arrived who was helpful and listened. She was a good at customer service and offered options calmly. Stacey however escalated the situation and continued to interject her arguments unnecessarily. She undermined her manager’s credibility by stating “(the return) not on my number”. Stacey continued her agitated state and began to yell personal insults as we tried to work at another register with manager Ree. As we moved aside, I saw how unprofessional she acted towards the young man behind us returning a paint sprayer. She was loud, brusque and short-tempered. It seems she cannot control her outward bad attitude. Stacey seemed intoxicated or has a poor sense of her role in customer service. I cannot imagine paying a salary to an employee of this detestable quality to work in a direct customer interaction representing a company as she clearly cannot contain her poor attitude.

Store is good but the staff is another story. Purchased a grill online and chose to have them assemble it. 36 hours later they tell me it won't be assembled for another 4 days (screw that). I go to pick it up and first the employee rudly says I cant pick up the order (i already paid for) until its assembled (what?!?) They finally agree to get my purchase and the box is torn open and the grill is scratched and a small dent. Tell the employee to get another one an he replies "why, its just the box thats messed up"
