  The sales person listening to me took the time she was wonderful her name is Beth I thank her so much I went to Ashleys furniture what a nightmare spent 6000 on a couch and chair the chair didn't work a day after it was delivered it was a return nightmare the chair won't recline and being unplugged from the wall heated up though it was going to start a fire in my new home thank you Beth for everything

  Went Shopping 1 week ago for 1 chair! (1) Greeted by Becca, but she was busy so we decided to look around. She would check back with us too. We decided to get lunch & come back to store . Noticed she was off on Thursday & Friday on her card. So, We went back Saturday, Becca was there & we looked more & purchased 3 chairs & 1 loveseat. WOW that is some sales woman. 👍🏻 She was so helpful, kind, explained everything, answered all questions we had. Enjoyed working with her on these purchases. Would be happy to purchase more chairs, etc anytime. But I think we are good for now👍🏻 job well done. Thank you, Becca. The Compton’s

  We went to Lazy Boy because we thought it was a reputable company. Our sales person was very good or so we thought. She knew we weren’t quite sure about buying the living room set we had chosen but she assured they would take it back as long as we did it in 3 days. We agreed to buy it. All said and done around $8,800. The furniture was delivered on Friday. On Sunday we went back and said we wanted to return it. We were told the recliners couldn’t be returned because they were on clearance and all sales were final and they couldn’t take the couch back because we had a dog and we signed no pets or smoking. We had our dog with us. She knew we had this small dog when she told us MORE THAN ONCE that the furniture could be returned within 3 days. It is true we did sign the paperwork because we believed their sales person and didn’t read all of the paperwork. When we told the Manager this he did say he would take the couch but it would cost $400 restock fee but not the recliners. This is a matching set. When we stated the Salesperson told us return within 3 days he basically ignored it. Lazy Boy does not stand by their word and does the opposite with paperwork they have you sign. Beware you already pay a high price and the Salesperson isn’t trustworthy.
