  They came out and quoted me a price much higher than I thought but I decided if they do a good job, ill pay. I asked them to call so im home when they come. It took weeks and I had to call them 2x asking when they are coming out. Of course they come with no warning as im out of town. ( as seen on cameras) they did not spray entire areas as promised and I have weeds everywhere. I have left them multiple messages. They turn off the phone so it goes to voice-mail and dont call back. I have given them a month to make this right and no return calls or service.

  What a frazzled office staff at this company and liars! Glad i don't have to pay after complaint that i never made an appointment even though the free estimate was for my back yard ONLY ( and it's written down) the kid comes over and does my front yard today one of the receptionist made the appoint ,told me over the phone that i also made the appointment -AGAIN I DID NOT MAKE ANY APPOINTMENT kept on telling her i sent an e mail to their billing department on April 4 to cancel everything,example remove me out of their system,their OFFICE STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON WHAT THEY ARE DOING INSTEAD OF LYING TO CUSTOMERS Very Unprofessional company,They lie and when you call them it's always an answering machine,WHAT a Horrible experience this was,OMG,I just hope my beautiful front lawn doesn't burn from the chemicals they put on it today because i told them it's only my back yard that needs the work not the front yard,so we shall see what happens! I'll be taking pictures!!!

  This is the 4th lawn care company I hired in less than 3 years in Ocala. They are by far, the best! They actually know Florida grasses and how to identify and treat an issue. My same great tech, Zachariah, returns each time & recently, (within 3 weeks, without my request) he came to follow up on a fungus treatment. I am so pleased! Even my neighbors hired them because my lawn looks so healthy! So happy to have found them!

  We have Michael senior and Mike junior service our lawn.. It has never been better. We would only use these two as they are such knowledgeable professionals. There advice and communication skills are what is incredible. Use General spray and ask for these men and you will be happy and satisfied.

  My mother called about a bill that they sent for services that were done after they killed my mothers flowers. They were supposed to get a free service. When they were informed about it they stated the owner came and talked with my father (never happened)and he said not to worry about it. The woman then proceeded to basically call my mother A LIAR!!! We will NEVER use this service again. Customer service is HORRIBLE.
