- RSRachel SholesJun 18, 20261.0I would give this place a -10 if I could. They are terrible and treat disabled people and disabled veterans like they are stupid. If you accidentally trigger the alarm, the owner rudely calls your phone to scold you like a child. They discriminate against disabled people and speak to them very rudely. DO NOT rent with them. They have terrible customer service and are not accommodating to customers with special needs and don’t follow the Americans with Disabilities Act as they are required to do by federal law. Lastly, besides bad customer service, their prices are outrageous and is a complete rip off.

From the welcoming I received as walking into the office. To the friendly customer service. To the cleanliness of the unit. Not only was it clean it had mouse bait and they bug sprayed it to ensure it is bug free. Plus they have an alarm system built into every unit. Definitely I will/ would recommend!
