  Ryan and his team are the best. They service the condominium association that I currently manage, and they are very fair, kind, and they take care of the unit owners here. I highly recommend this company. Ron is our technician for the pest control, and he is always very helpful and pleasant. He goes out of his way to service the community.

  We are new to the area and heard about this company though or community. We have JOSHUA as our guy. He has been nothing but amazing, communicates at every step and has stayed on top of everything. He really has gone above and beyond and we're are truly impressed! Thank you for such amazing care.

  Selling rental property, buyers raised concerns about possible termite infestation. Specialist, Kris Leek, came out and performed a thorough inspection. Kris was prompt, personable and professional. Plan to use their services again whenever the need arises.

  I’m not feeling really good about this company today. I was under the impression that they were going to clean and sanitize where the rat poop and urine was behind my stove but when I called and asked them, Ryan said they don’t do that even though a review from six months ago, said they cleaned and sanitized which they absolutely did not do for me. Today David came to remove the traps and he did not look back there orsee the dead frog nor the rat feces that were still there. I’ve had five different visits and nobody removed the dead frog. I called and left a message. I even asked David to come back and remove it and he said he could not so I’m stuck with this because I paid a lot of money for them to come out quarterly for the year but I will be moving onto someone else next year. this is a total rip off for $1000
