  After having to fire my pool company, I was honestly overwhelmed trying to get my pool back under control. Walking into Leslie’s, I wasn’t expecting the level of care and customer service I received from George and Charron. They were genuinely apologetic that my pool had gotten into such poor condition by the company I had trusted. They took the time to listen to what had happened, test my water and explain every result. They put together a plan that would get my pool back on track without wasting my money and wrote in even more detailed notes to help walk me through every step since my husband was traveling for work. At no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me products I didn’t need. Instead, they were thoughtful about my budget and helped me prioritize exactly what was necessary. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to educate me gave me the confidence to take back control of my pool. What started as a green cloudy, algae-filled pool is now crystal clear thanks to their guidance. George and Charron are true assets to Leslie’s. They genuinely care about their customers, treat people with kindness and respect, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re successful. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, they absolutely exceeded every expectation. Thank you both for turning such a frustrating experience into a positive one. You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I won’t hesitate to recommend Leslie’s to anyone who needs honest advice and exceptional service.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a replacement spa pump from Leslie’s Pools. The pump was delivered damaged on June 7, with a visibly crushed shipping box and a dented motor housing. I reported the damage immediately and provided the requested photos. I was told a replacement would be processed, but as of June 18, I still do not have a replacement or a clear update on the status of my claim. Over the past 11 days, I have made multiple phone calls and have spoken with several representatives, including a supervisor who assured me on June 15 that the matter would be handled. Despite those assurances, I have received no meaningful follow-up and no one has been able to provide a straight answer regarding when my replacement will be shipped. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication and accountability. I understand that shipping damage happens, but customers should not have to repeatedly call for updates after providing all requested documentation. I am simply asking for the damaged product to be replaced and for someone to provide a clear timeline. At this point, I am very disappointed with the customer service experience and would hesitate to purchase from Leslie’s again.
