  Fuse was a mixed bag for me. I bought a complete high end kitchen from them, and encountered several bumps in the road. but once Alejandro and Mia got involved, communication improved and things got done - and done well. Fuse would get a 5 rating from me, had they been my contacts from the beginning.

  Fuse Specialty Appliance extended warranty came through for us once again. We had two issues with our Fulgor Milano refrigerator related to the closing of one of the two doors and a water leak in our icemaker. We contacted Alejando Velazquez, our Service Concierge at Fuse North Palm Showroom, who promptly put us in contact with the selected service provider for Fulgor. Their tech was at our home in short order and had to order manufacturer parts. Approximately one week later the parts arrived and within 24 hours the tech was back at our home to undertake the installation. Throughout the process Alejandro checked in with us, made contacts with the service provider and ensured a smooth and anxiety-free experience. Bravo to Alejandro and Fuse!

  Alejandro was instrumental in getting my ice maker repaired through the extended warranty. It took numerous emails with the warranty provider and he was extremely diligent. Thank you.
