  Our kitchen faucet came in a timely manner with many updates as to when it would arrive. Our Graff faucet was packaged so well. All the parts were there & it looks beautiful.

  Gil in Sales did a great job answering our questions and was very polite and professional. Matt worked with us to get the install team here and always kept us up to date with the delivery and install dates. Matt was courteous and professional and made everything happen in a timely fashion. The three man install team was top notch. They were careful taking the old refrigerator out and did a great job with the install of the new one.,It couldn’t have gone better!

  Adrian, Antonio, and Watley installed a Miele dishwasher for one of my clients today. We previously had issues with the custom cabinet door panel so we tried a regular stainless steel door, it fit and worked, but it did not look great, as it didn't line up well with the cabinetry around it. The technicians took it upon themselves to transfer the mounting bracket onto the custom cabinet panel, and were able to make it look like they were never there. Great attention to detail and very thorough, would highly recommend!
