Absolutely terrible customer service.
I won an auction unit and arrived at approximately 5:45 PM to access it and organize everything for pickup the next morning. Instead of being helpful, the employee immediately became rude and dismissive. He told me it was already 5:48 PM and that he was “not going to do anything.” When I tried to explain that I had just won the unit and only needed access, he repeatedly acted unprofessionally and eventually told me to “get out.”
I’ve dealt with many storage facilities and have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. A simple explanation would have been fine, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers this way. Extremely disappointing experience and a very poor representation of the facility.
