She is enthusiastic and extremely helpful and answered all of our concerns. The facility is very neat and clean from floor, walls, to ceiling as is the exterior grounds. Highly recommend XtraSpace Niceville and ask for Teri.

I love that this facility has a drive through parking area that you can get out of the weather while loading and unloading. And even better, they have bathroom facilities available, not like some others that I know that don't have facilities. It's also kept up nice and clean. Only downside, wish they had two lights in the bigger shed for a little bit more light and so if you stop moving on one side of the unit too long, they don't go off as quick.
