- IIIngridMay 14, 20255.0My ordeal started 3+ weeks ago when my old but great stacked W/D broke down. After a failed repair from another company, I opted to get a brand new one at a mega store. Bought it one day, it was delivered the next, and 2 days later they had to take it back to save my sanity. Didn’t know that ALL new stacked W/Ds are now computer operated. It was a pure nightmare for me, having a washer do what IT thought I needed, … when all my life all washers and dryers did what I wanted THEM doing for ME! Good older stacked W/Ds are not that easy to find in good condition. At Suncoast they had ONE which was just what I was looking for and I “grabbed” it quickly. Staff there is knowledgeable, friendly and the store is very clean which is important to me. It was delivered as promised and the 2 delivery men did a great job at installing it as well. Thank God this lengthy ordeal is over for me, and I have to give Suncoast Appliances a much deserved 5 stars. Thank you for my lovely stacked W/D , and the pleasant experience I had with your company!
