  Have to say one of the easiest most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a long time didn’t get a storage unit, but did rent a U-Haul from this location. It was the Third location of the day and the best the staff is extremely friendly, outgoing and informative The location I went to before here was extremely rude and tried to start a fight with my wife and I I would never go back to that guy little mechanic shop on troubled Creek avoid them however if you have storage needs or need to rent a truck then come to this location. The staff is great. You won’t be disappointed.

  We've been renting a storage unit here for almost six years, and our experience has been excellent. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gives us peace of mind knowing our belongings are safe. The staff (Jen & Raquel) have always been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance. It's clear they take pride in keeping the facility in great condition and providing outstanding customer service. After nearly six years as customers, we can confidently recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable, safe, and well-managed place to store their belongings.   What a great group of people, led by John, who is more than just a proprietor. He and his staff take the time to engage with me, every time that I am in the office. They are very professional with making sure that their clients are updated on all that is going on with Sentry and when changes or improvements are made, they make certain that we are aware of them. Wonderful people, great company and as asset to the Pasco community. Well done you guys. It's a shame that all businesses don't have the same customer service skills that Sentry has.
