    We bought a Samsung dishwasher and installed it immediately but unfortunately it never worked. When I returned it they weren’t helping at all even Samsung wouldn’t help… the dishwasher was less than a week old. The manager came over and immediately took care of it. Her name is Amy and I highly recommend Doing business with her and this location. She didn’t hesitate at all and knew that they had to make it right. She also gave us 10% off of a new dishwasher

    Update: 5/12 Lowe's DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE LETTING A FAMILY OF 4 GO WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS THST IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY! ‐------------------------------ I have a Frigidaire Gallary Frigidaire that stopped working on 5/10/2011 that is still under warranty until 2027. Called warranty department and they sent a link to schedule appointment, I received a confirmation for an 8am-12pm appointment. At 8am received a message that they cannot make it until between 12pm-5pm. They showed up between 2pm - 2:30pm and said its the main frame board and it will take them 5-7 days to get the part. So Lowes at Ridge and Little is refusing to replace it even though its still under warranty and the warranty department does not care about a family 4 going without a Frig for 5-7 days. Lowes truly do NOT care about their Customers!!!!!!!!!!

    I bought a ge ac from here. Can't take it back after 48 hours. Its broken, they say I have to contact ge to get ra number to swap it out. Contact ge, they don't give ra numbers and say I have to buy a new ac and apply to be reimbursed. Will never shop at Lowe's or buy a ge appliance again. Lowes is well aware of the type of biz they are doing. Shame on them.

    Brought a return to customer service for unused, purchased hardware for an appliance installation. The person helping us was a supervisor at store 0724. First, she informed us the two most expensive items could not be credited as the receipt didn't indicate they had been paid for. We showed her the second part of the receipt that clearly showed we had paid for them. She had the whole receipt but just didn't bother to look. We had received a rebate form when we purchased our appliances but we informed the supervisor that the link it sent us to was invalid. We had called Lowes Customer service about this days before and they had the same issue. The supervisor asked for our cell phone and she would set it up. We explained we had already done everything required on the cell phone and it didn't work. The supervisor then said to us with attitude, "give me your cell phone and I will set up the account." The tone of voice was extremely disrespectful and at that time we left the store. Sadly, no matter how many good experiences we have at Lowe's there's always one employee that makes us not want to frequent your stores. The supervisor we dealt with today was a classic example. She was rude and disrespectful. That does not bring business back to your store.

    Terrible experience. I purchased a dishwasher in Sept , paid installation together with the dishwasher for $644.90. Dishwasher leaked so I call Loews and was told by somebody in the installation dept that they would pick out a dishwasher around the same price and I wouldn't have to pay for installation since I already did less than a month ago. He said we'd make it an even swap and that's what we did. My next two billing statements showed the $644.90 paid and no balance due. The same installer who installed the first dishwasher came to my house with the new dishwasher in November. He wasn't happy because his work order was to install with no pay. I thought this was ridiculous and that the store was picking up the installation. He actually went back a month later and demanded to be paid for the free installation. They did pay him but low and behold ,my December bills showed a two hundred and something dollar new charge. I fought this for four months. Sent two certified letters to assistant manager Chris Mantell who said he would call the installation dept that very night and call me in the morning. Never did. Dodged every call I made to him. This charge was obviously a second installation fee since Lowe's couldn't cheat the installer they tried to cheat the customer instead. Everybody denying that this was an installation charge but nobody could tell me what it was for then. Finally Jim, the store manager takes care of it in one day and I was reimbursed at the store in CASH! They weren't about to leave any kind of paper trail. Even took back the envelope they had me sign. I'm still writing to the Consumer Protection Agency and Synchrony bank is at the top of the list. And I'm going to send in all my documentation and name names. Inconceivable that a store would try to screw their contractor and then the customer. Please shop at Home Depot. I have heard so much about Lowe's underhanded policies I'm surprised there isn't an investigation going on. Of course maybe there is .
