  Purchased (1) Morrison Power reclining sofa with lumbar support, (2) foster end tables, (1) foster cocktail table and (1) Morrison power loveseat with lumbar support, console with power bundle and (2) wireless remotes. Everything went great from ordering thru delivery. I just have to admit that the loveseat is the cat’s meow! Wow am I glad bought all the bells and whistles with this loveseat, I would definitely go back to the La-Z-boy in New Port Richey, FL

  I was sold and the delivered wrong chair and was unaware of it for a few months. Was told sorry can’t do anything about .

  I bought the Astor manual rocking chair on 3/4/24. The sales rep was fine. There was no issue with him in any way. The problem is in the quality of the chair. We don't recline much, but do like that it rocks. It has broken in the back numerous times and my husband attempted to repair it with higher quality bolts. It continues to break. The spring came thru the back of the upholstery and the base is ripped off. Unfortunately we did not purchase the protection. We have decided to stop fooling with it and take it to the dump. It looked nice and felt comfortable, but it's just not made well. I purchased a couch many years ago and it is well made and I still use it. It doesn't have any recliners, so maybe the quality has declined in the mechanisms.

  Within 30 minutes of delivery of the chair me sitting in it it squeaks horribly. I have a recording of it. Lazy boy says that's normal. The salesperson Larry did not tell us this. I would have walked away. I could have bought a chair from Amazon for a third of the price. I expect them this week.

  A+++ experience at this store. Sonya, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. She set us up with their free in-home design service so we could decide what looked best in our space. Kirsten, the designer, showed up to our house on time and brought fabric samples and took pictures and measurements. A few days later, we met with Sonya and Kirsten in the store to review their recommendations. Unfortunately, we had to bring our very active 4 year old to the meeting so I thought I would be too distracted to make decisions. In steps Natalie, another salesperson at this location, to save the day. She kept our daughter entertained for two hours while we made all the necessary choices. We can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive and we’re sure it will look great in our home because we’ve already seen how it all goes together on Kirsten’s virtual set-up. Now my daughter keeps asking if we can go back to LaZBoy because she had such a great time with Natalie 😂. Obviously LaZBoy has quality furniture but it’s the people at this location that make it worth a trip in.
