  Ordered two leather recliners 8/26/26. Was told delivery in six weeks. Keep getting texts from salesman that order is in production. I called the manager Monday and learned the two chairs are boxed and ready to be shipped from Tennessee. Today the salesman tells me only one chair was shipped to the store. The other one will ship sometime the week of 10/19 (2 weeks away). I called rather upset and asked to have intervention into the shipping in two weeks and deliver the one they have now. He yelled and I yelled and he hung up on me. Not what I expect from Lazy-Boy and the money we spent on these two chairs. I will never shop there again and hope we get our chairs before Christmas.

  I purchased a $3000 lift chair recliner. Delivered July 25. Broke on August 21. Have contacted the store manager Multiple times. A technician came 2 weeks later. Had to order a part. It is October 5 and the chair is still not repaired. We were refused a refund. Management has been completely unhelpful and dismissive. I bet a lazy boy employee would not be satisfied with this lack of service. We bought lazy boy because it is supposed to be a quality product. VERY DISAPPOINTED in our experience. We've contacted News Channel 8 "on your side". Our next step is to get lawyers involved if this is not resolved immediately. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Once they have your money, they don't care one bit about helping you afterward, even with a warranty concern.

  We bought 2 recliners. The head cushions are splitting, I mean the cushion material under the fabric. Causing discomfort. I will never buy from Lazy Boy ever again. Horrible product.

  Purchased (1) Morrison Power reclining sofa with lumbar support, (2) foster end tables, (1) foster cocktail table and (1) Morrison power loveseat with lumbar support, console with power bundle and (2) wireless remotes. Everything went great from ordering thru delivery. I just have to admit that the loveseat is the cat’s meow! Wow am I glad bought all the bells and whistles with this loveseat, I would definitely go back to the La-Z-boy in New Port Richey, FL

  I was sold and the delivered wrong chair and was unaware of it for a few months. Was told sorry can’t do anything about .
