So I started renting with them not too long ago. It hasn't been bad at all till there's a small problem. If you are late on your payment just because your check didn't clear for the holiday and was late 6 days late they will charge you $48 fee on the 6th day and lock your stuff till you pay.
I called the main office number and they won't do nothing as well as the building manager, also to remove the insurance fee is a hasse. But over all the building manager is a good guy so thank you.
I am just warning everyone about the bad stuff I had encountered with them. Just make sure you pay them in the 5th days grace period or they will steal $50 from you on the 6th day. I will keep this review updated till I get another problem with them or if the problem has been resolved.

Extra Space Storage was awesome. We sold and closed on our home in 30 days over 16 months ago. They had a large unit on the first floor as we also needed easy access to some items that could not fit in our RV. But We needed a place to store our Stuff until our house was built. They have been great Very secure and climate controlled and the move out process was a breeze. Thank you. I recommend them for your storage needs.

Place was clean, never had any issues going in or out, wasn't heavily trafficked so finding a place to move my things was relatively easy. Staff, the few times I encountered them, were friendly and helpful. The cost of the storage units was a bit on the high end, and that's why I ultimately had to move out. Giving five stars because the price being restrictive is more a problem of budget on my end.

The first phone call we made after Hurricane Helene took everything from us, was to Extra Space on Cita Lane. We were treated so well, and we were able to secure a storage unit in order to store what little survived from the storm.
It is 2026 and we are still using our storage unit here. The building is safe and clean and has such an incredible team running it. Special thank you to Becky for her continued assistance and to Ethan for being so helpful with any questions.
This is probably the best Storage company. They actually care about their customers and that is a rare thing these days, where good customer service still exists. We are so grateful to have found Extra Space and will continue to stay with this company. Thank you for having such a great team!
