  Our salesperson (Nicole) was very pleasant during the buying phase. After waiting 4-6 weeks (the amount of time she said it would take to receive our furniture) we called the store and were told it would be another month or two before it would be delivered. We asked to cancel our order and she refused, telling us we should have read the contract more carefully (whereby it specifies that NO cancellations or refunds are allowed). When my husband went to the store in person, the manager was arrogant and dismissive. Our recommendation: If you are determined to buy your furniture at this store, read the sales contract V E R Y C A R E F U L L Y! If you don't want to have to scrutinize a contract to buy some furniture, go someplace else. There's a reason this store is typically void of customers!

  We needed to furnish several outdoor spaces and a rec room in our new home and our experience with Zing Patio was EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish!! The showroom is bright and beautifully arranged with lots of furniture so that you can see and feel everything before you buy. Pricing was competitive with other places we visited, but the friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is what really brings the value! Our Sales Associate/Design Consultant, Sheri, went above and beyond helping us choose the perfect pieces for each of our outdoor spaces. Sheri came to our home, measured the outdoor spaces and quickly got a feel for our style. When we returned to the showroom a day later, Sheri had put together stunning plans and great recommendations for each space! Her patience, enthusiasm, attention to detail and true talent for interior design made the overwhelming process of picking out fabrics and finishing touches super easy and fun! Sheri stayed committed to our project through order and delivery keeping us updated on delivery schedules. She even came to our home when the furniture was delivered to make sure everything was placed properly! The delivery team was also top notch! Delivery was well communicated and on time and the guys were professional, friendly and courteous! We couldn’t be happier with our outdoor spaces and our experience with Zing!

  Matt and Zing patio of north Naples did not let us down. A problem turned into a positive experience thanks to Matt’s commitment to customer service. And we walked out with two rugs not one and four decorative pillows too! Thanks again. Looking forward to receiving our new rugs when we return Holly and Michael
