Placed an order online last night at 12:52am for pick up. Got an email at 10:23am saying ready for pick up. I pulled up at 3:58 pm and clicked check in so my order would be brought out to me. I waited about 10-12 mins and finally went inside. I see 9 bottles of the syrup I ordered on the register. I said hello to the young man standing there and he said you must be the pick up order. He said well the person who put it together didn’t do it right so the mgr is trying to get the items now. (I had ordered 12 bottles, all in stock at that time. Two of them said only 4 left at the time I ordered). Whoever fulfilled my online order got all sugar free except one bottle and didn’t even get 12 bottles, only got 9. I asked who did the order and he shrugged. I said maybe somebody could have called my cell# on the order or sent somebody out to my car to let me know because I was waiting. He said well she was trying to do it so you didn’t notice and fast. Tammy was the mgr who approached me with a cart of 5 bottles. Started with ‘unfortunately’, I don’t have all of your order now. I said please don’t say unfortunately and told her it all said it was in stock over night. Her response was well what do you want me to say? I said well we can ask the employee who did it why they didn’t fill the order correctly. She said well I was going to tell you we didn’t have all the items. I said well I tell you what I will take a refund for the order and I will go somewhere else. She said we don’t charge you until you sign at the pick up. Then when I asked her name she held her name tag and showed me and asked if I wanted to talk to her general mgr. At that point I pulled up my charge in my bank account and tried showing her but she was walking away. She came back a few minutes later with Nicole the GM. Talk about somebody who shouldn’t be in charge of a business. She approached.. ma’am I’m Nicole- leaned forward towards me. Her demeanor is why the other employees feel it’s ok to get attitudes with customers because she leads by example. I showed her my bank account charge. She offered no apology for anything that I spoke about in the store. I asked her a few questions and she proceeded to ignore me (looking at her device) after I told her I wanted to make sure that I got a refund and got a receipt showing the refund. She canceled my items and as she was walking to the back, said she was walking to the back to get the paperwork. At that time, I said out loud, no wonder the employees think they can speak to customers that way because it starts with management. Terrible representation. I received an email saying that the charge on my card would be released in 72 hours. Once I received that I left the building because I wasn’t waiting for someone to return. I walked out to my car, got in my car, went to back out and looked to the left of my window and there stood Nicole. I rolled down my window and she said did you not want this paperwork. I responded with no you left me standing there to be rude so I left. She rolled her eyes, turned and walked away and threw my paperwork in the garbage can outside the front of the building. Writing this review makes me laugh because letting someone run a business with a ‘my crap doesn’t stink’ attitude like hers is a shame. I left this store today with not one apology. Do better world market.

Frenquently visited when store was closer to where we lived. Used Google Maps to find while on vacation and on way home. Always have great selection of soups,pasta and sauces. Found a brand of pretzels that did not use yeast. [Wife is allergic but loves the crunch] . Purchased dishes to match style we liked.

Interesting store! Had a lot of different and unique foods and random decorations. My Italian boyfriend loved it! Looking for items from Europe this place carries many items at reasonable prices.

Golden Nutcracker game is a disappointment. At 10am its a bunch of parents that show up in groups and make sure to walk extremely fast to find the 4 cards and then split the profit
At 4pm game its even worse- bunch of teenagers show up from the school across the street and run around the store looking for the cards. Then spend it all ok snacks for themselves, dont buy anything and leave.
Completely takes away from the purpose of the game. To have fun and use tge money towards the bigger purchase. Witnessed it for a week in a row, both at 10am and 4pm.
Store employees dont do anything to prevent teenagers from running around,getting cards at just leaving the store right after.
