I called on Tuesday. They called back Wednesday to let me know technician would be out Thursday. Thursday: no technician, but received a call apologizing as they were a man down. “Tomorrow for sure sir”. Friday…nothing until I called at about 2:30pm. “Sir, your technician will definitely be there today..they sometimes work until 5:30…you will get a text as soon as he is dispatched”…no one ever showed nor did I get a call back. Tomorrow, needless to say, I am hiring a new pool company. Things happen, but poor communication and empty promises are a killer in the service business.
