Michael is our pool repairman, and we highly recommend him. He’s professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. Unlike many companies these days, he genuinely tries to save his customers money instead of upselling unnecessary repairs. His service was quick, kind, and reliable from start to finish. Thank you, Michael, for the rubber ducky and for taking such great care of us!

I have been struggling with a pool rebuild for months. Finally found these guys. Very prompt and professional! Sorted out some plumbing issues the guy that rebuilt the pool ignored. My go to pool guys going forward!

Tyler took the time to help me get ready for our 6 month absence from Naples. He is very knowledgeable regarding all facets of poll care and maintenance. Please ask the new service person(s) to keep the skimmer off until we return in November. Thank you.

Bought a house in Wyndemere where Naples Pool had been providing weekly service. They were regular, I thought initially they were doing a good job, and were responsive when there was a problem. However I continued to have problems with the heater which they attributed to the filter which I had them replace, but the problems continued. After a year I learned from another vendor that the water level was being maintained at a level that was about 3” too low for the skimmer to work properly. And I had been adding water, not the guy who did the weekly maintenance and testing, to the level it was at to prevent air from being sucked into the skimmer. While I could say that the guy who did the weekly service was not properly trained, several supervisors and maintenance people had been on site during the year and no one flagged the problem.
