  All of the people at Naples Pool were very responsive. They were able to fix our broken filter in 24 hours and kept me informed all along the way. The updates emails and texts were also very nice.

They clearly explained the issue with my pool, completed the repair properly, and left everything working perfectly. Great customer service and quality workmanship.   We’ve had a fantastic experience with Naples Pool Service. Johnny takes care of our weekly pool maintenance, and he consistently does an excellent job. Our pool always looks clean, crystal clear, and well-maintained after each visit. Recently, our pool light stopped working, so I called the office. They had a technician, Anthony, at our house within a day, which was incredibly impressive. Anthony quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained two repair options (repair versus replacement), and provided estimates for both so we could make an informed decision. Even better, he was able to fix the problem the very same day. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is responsive, professional, and honest. From routine maintenance to repairs, the entire team has been outstanding. I highly recommend Naples Pool Service!

  Yankiel Lopez replaced the filter housing for my pool. He was friendly and did a great job with the replacement. When a minor issue with the filter housing appeared the following day, Yankel responded the next day and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you for the great service!

  We worked with Daniel and Ram. They were as professional and efficient as it gets. We just bought our house and NPS determined properly that the pool had a severe chlorine/acid imbalance. This seemed daunting to my wife and I since around 6,000 gallons of water needed to be neutralized and drained. Mission accomplished - and there wasn’t even a trace of the drained water less than an hour later! As I write, the pool is refilling. My highest recommendation to Naples Pool Service! *****
