I spend a lot of money at Lowe’s every year and I have never had this bad of an experience with an associate as today Angela in the paint department only complained and asked me not to press the assistance button and had honestly the worst attitude I’ve experienced. Will not come back here.

I made three or four phone calls to the Naples Lowe's to ask about availability and price for number four fiberglass 20 ft rebar on the 2nd attempt the machine read back what I just said and was going to get price and availability for me and then it hung up I called back customer service person please after the third time the phone rang once and it hung up the whole process repeated one more time and the fourth call I spoke to a human being who was not at the store and could not find the item number unless I gave it to them, wow !

Shout out to Vinelson A. - Sales Specialist in the Appliance Department at Lowe's Home Improvement on 6415 Naples Blvd in Naples Florida. After days of researching fridges and stoves I walked into the store feeling over whelmed, but Vinelson made the whole process easy. He listened, showed me great options in my price range and even looked into extra savings since I was buying 2 appliances. Super patient, and helpful it was clearly noticeable that Vinelson is someone who takes pride in what he does. Because his professionalism, leadership and dedication clearly stood out. How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
