Conveniently located off Pine Ridge and Airport Pulling Road in Naples. Store is clean and well laid out. Garden center is excellent. Plenty of parking, including handicapped. All departments well stocked.

I waited patiently for one of the associates in appliances to help me while she was helping out another customer, I think her name is Fabiola that’s what one of the associates told me anyways. As soon as she was finished and I asked for her help. She straight up refused to help me, she told me to go to the main desk and ask for help there while she was just straightening out the appliances. That is extremely rude and unprofessional, I will not be going to this location anymore. I left and went to Home Depot and spent ten thousand dollars in appliances there your lost Lowe’s.

Today I purchased a brand-new garbage disposal from Lowe's in North Naples for one of my customers. When I arrived at the job site and opened the box, I found old, dried food still inside the disposal. It was clearly a used item that had been returned and placed back on the shelf without being properly inspected.
As a handyman, this meant I had to stop the job, pack everything back up, drive all the way to Lowe's, exchange the product, and then return to my customer's home. I lost approximately an hour of work because of a mistake that should never have happened.
When I explained the situation to the service desk and asked if there was any way they could compensate me for the time I lost due to their error, one employee actually laughed and dismissed me with, "Have a nice day, sir." That response was far more disappointing than the original mistake.
A manager eventually offered a 30% discount on a future purchase, which I appreciate, but it still doesn't change the fact that I lost valuable work time or that I was treated disrespectfully.
Mistakes happen. Selling a returned item as new is one thing. Laughing at a customer who has been inconvenienced by your mistake is another.
As someone who spends thousands of dollars each year on materials for my business, I expect better quality control and much better customer service. Going forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

“My experience was very disappointing. The advertised prices and promotions in the store did not match what I was actually charged at checkout. In my case, the pavers were displayed at one price, but a higher price appeared on the final invoice. Customers are encouraged to spend time walking through the store based on pricing and promotions that are not honored when it comes time to pay. I consider this misleading advertising and a frustrating experience for consumers. I recommend that customers carefully verify all prices before completing their purchases.”

We had a great experience today at Lowes with the sales person named Rene .. we were looking at the refrigerators and he jumped in to help us. We didn’t have to look for a sales person he was right there eager to assist us .. it made it nice to not have to look for anyone for assistance … he quickly got us all set up with our purchase… not only did he help us with our refrigerator purchase, but he also helped us save some extra money. If you’re in Lowes and you’re in need of assistance just look for Rene he is part of the Lowes Pro department or look in the appliance department ask for Fabiola she is also extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful ..

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
